Answer to this question is NO , Its is not .Our Studies it self reveals that in weight loose regimen  80% weight-age is given to diet where as only  20% is given of exercising. With this I am not Underestimating power of excising but for time being i believe best way to start looking after my health is beginning  of healthy Diet intake

My Experience

Personally when I came to know about this website and started exploring its range ..I was taken by surprise. as i came to know about  certain products about whom I never heard before. Their Pumpkin Seeds and Liquid Jaggery are the ones which took me by surprise and after ordering and using these, here i am taking this opportunity to share my experience .

As till now you are aware that i decided to begin a healthy diet and to do so there were two major obstacles that i was afraid to jump . One being a Sugar lover , it was nearly impossible for me to live without sugar intake and second Snack .It doesn't matter how hard you try to loose weight but till the time these two parts are not taken care of , This diet practice is incomplete . But Thanks to Naturally Yours i came across these Two saviors and finally jumped off these obstacles without thinking twice.

These Pumpkin seeds from Naturally yours serves the purpose of light and healthy snacking perfectly .I still remember how skeptical i was while ordering these . To be true personally i didn't want to try it at all , But for the sake of healthy snack i ordered these seeds. But soon i was proved wrong . These pumpkin seeds are salty and in taste are as similar to Pista :P . Now these are not substitute of Pista to be clear ,but yes to give you an idea of it's  taste i have taken this instance . So now you can imagine how delicious these are , Yum !!!! And you know what now i am so much habitual of these  seeds that i don't let a single day pass without having it :P

And Now about Second invention of mine From Naturally Yours treasure is their Organic Liquid Jaggery .This jaggery is of Dark Brown colour and has liquid consistency . This for me tastes like Honey :) and finally I am so Happy that I Don't have to Forget my love for Sugar .I use this Jaggery successfully as a substitute of Sugar in Curd ,Tea etc  and find no difference at all .Now i can Proudly say this phrase " I had sweet tooth , I have sweet tooth and Thanks to This Jaggery I will always have my Sweet tooth Yayyyy !!!"
