Where as shower gels on the other hand contains some basic ingredients (often sodium laureth sufate) and betaines , the chemical component that help it all stick together . 

So what makes Soap and Shower gel different?

Shower gels have a stronger formulation in terms of combining essential oils, fragrances and Vitamins .Moreover shower gels are helpful in terms of keeping bathroom products away from common use and contamination. From the perspective of making a savings, soaps present greater chance of wastage due to moisture or when left in a wet soap – dish. In Comparison, shower gels are without such hassles .On the top of all , Soaps are more likely to leave skin dry and hence more vulnerable to allergic reactions and developing itches .In comparison , shower gels tend to create a thin, invisible film on the skin that prevents eliminating too much moisture from the skin.

After knowing and considering all above facts I explored various shower gels . But Personally when it comes to trying a New Product Type, I always prefer going for organic and natural ones . My Take

Being a Soap user till now I was very much excited to try this “SoulTree Indian Rose with Cooling vetiver shower Gel” . Being a first time user I had a a lot of expectations at the same time curiosity to understand practically the difference between Soap and Shower gel .As till for me both Soap and gel were one of a same thing. But things were about to change I believe.

This SoulTree Indian Rose with Cooling Vetiver shower gel comes in a translucent plastic bottle with a flip cap intact and beautifully labeled with SoulTree Logo and Product details. At first when I touched this bottle I could feel the silky smooth finishing of this beautiful SoulTree logo that Portrays Brand’s logo and signifies “Ananda “ Range .Personally I got impressed with SoulTree’s presentation and loved minutest details they took care of while printing this label as it has a complete list of ingredients and usage guidelines  .

On opening it , I could feel this beautiful and subtle fragrance  combined with Khus (Vetiver ) and Rose .However I felt Khus (Vetiver )  was dominating over Rose in terms  of fragrance .But be assured this fragrance will stay for fewer seconds only. In terms of Texture and colour this Beauty is translucent light brown in colour and has a runny consistency which makes it ideal to use.

I used this product as directed on label , After one walk through plain water, I took a very small quantity of this gel into loofah and applied it , Though at first I Thought being a soap free formula , I would be needing more quantity of it ,but I was wrong. That small quantity within second created lather and keeps on running through like a cake walk. With passing time I could feel cooling sensation on my skin, that normally resembled  the sensation that comes after application of rose water . I also realized that may be Khus (Vetiver) is there and dominating in terms of fragrance but Rose is also here which is working on skin. And making it feel rejuvenated and fresh by giving this cooling effect. After Few seconds I rinsed this gel with water and guess what?? This gel washed off without much ado that too in less time and left my skin fresh ,smooth moreover moisturized .I felt my skin just got toned and For the first time I felt my skin Silky and could feel my skin’s breathing.

To conclude I would like to say that this  SoulTree Indian Rose with Cooling vetiver shower Gel is a luxury to be unraveled by people like us , Who though cleanse our skin regularly but are depriving it from moisturization and proper care .We are in love with our skin, agreed !! But our skin is not feeling loved by us at all , and that is why it remains dry , patchy , dull or un moisturized .To make our skin lovely ,to make it breath and feel rejuvenated “SoulTree Indian Rose with Cooling vetiver shower Gel “is the one that should be used , as Khus (Vetiver ) will provide our skin sootiness where in Rose will make our skin breathable .If I have to express my experience of Shower gel in word , then that word would be “ Pleasure “.
